Silver Surfer Vaporizer Review
The Silver Surfer advertises itself as a desktop vaporizer that makes use of all ceramic heating elements. The Silver Surfer is a good whip vaporizer that produces a good vape from dry herbs.
The Silver Surfer has a unique design that sets it apart from other desktop vaporizers. The unit is on a flat base and comes out at an angle.
There is a ceramic heating unit that is kept away from other components. The device is made mainly from ceramic and silicone.
Turn the power knob to full for a few minutes, as this will give the unit time to warm up and reach the preset temperature. Once the unit is heated you can turn the knob back down to a third of its full power. This allows you to vape for a while without risking combustion.
If you opt for aromatherapy oils then you should set it at two thirds of its power.
Insert the whip into the base and begin inhaling. After each inhales it is a good idea to stir your herbs so that they heat evenly.
It takes about 3-5 minutes for the Silver Surfer to heat up, which is on par with other desktop vaporizers.
The whips do have a tendency to get dirty after each session as the oils and herbs build up inside the whip, but this can be cleaned easily with some rubbing alcohol.
The vapor that is produced is decent and produces an ok dense vapor.
The ceramic and glass parts are fragile and can break easily if they are dropped, but they do help to produce a clear vapor.
The Silver Surfer is not perfect, but it does come close to it and the ceramic heating means that you get a tasty vapor.
